Halibut + Spruce Tip Ale.
The famous fish and chips use locally caught Alaska halibut in the brewery’s Spruce Tip Ale batter, tying the kitchen directly back to the brewhouse.
The wider menu spans seafood, burgers, sandwiches, bowls, pasta, house soups, salads and vegetarian/plant-based choices. Greens from the onsite aeroponic farm appear across the menu.
